Hi, I’m Dave. I received both the B.Sc. in chemistry (1973) and the M.Sc. [organic chemistry] (1975), followed by the Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Duke University in 1979. I have 25 years teaching experience, most recently having retired after 18.5 years as a full professor at the undergraduate level specializing in Organic Chemistry I and II.
